At the bottom of the steps we were posing on was a pool of water. After the formalities of the group shot, Sunit suggested, "We could push everyone into the water, and continue the rest of the East Asia Regional Meeting in the pool."

The meeting that lasted 2 days brought people from all over the region together, and cultivated what we all hope to be fruitful partnerships in the field of ICT4D.
